I had a very good time during my six-night stay at By Uhg in Bangkok. The room I got, a one-bedroom premier suite, felt spacious and comfortable. The bed was excellent, making it easy to relax. The housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean. I really appreciated the friendly staff, particularly at the reception. They were attentive and quickly solved any issues I had. The location is conveniently close to the BTS, perfect for exploring the city. I found a great variety of local food options just around the corner. On the downside, the closet light switch was broken, which was a bit annoying because the light wouldn't turn off even when the door was closed. One day, I needed extra towels and was told they were out, making me call back later for more, which felt unprofessional. The elevator malfunctioned once, leaving me to use the fire elevator to get to the lobby. Another point of confusion was the hotel's name. it seems to have two names, which made it tricky for taxi drivers to find it. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay overall.

I had a positive experience at the hotel, particularly with the friendly reception staff who upgraded me to a spacious suite, which was a welcome surprise. The staff promptly addressed a minor issue I had with the TV connection, showcasing their attentive service. Special thanks to Brian, the bellboy, who assisted with my shuttle and taxi arrangements.
The shower over the bath is impractical, causing constant flooding.

The spacious room offered great amenities, and I enjoyed the beautiful city view from my window. However, noise disturbances from adjacent rooms were a concern, impacting my rest. While the staff, especially the doorman, were friendly and helpful, some areas like the dining options could use improvement.

I was really impressed by the spacious junior suite I stayed in and how immaculate everything looked when I arrived. The sauna and the outdoor swimming pool were perfect spots to unwind after a long day. The only hiccup was a minor maintenance issue that took some time to get sorted, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience! 😊
